Professional Photography Policy
We can understand why professional photographers want to use our farm as a backdrop! The rolling hills, Christmas trees, and all nature has to offer makes it perfect for pictures. We are a working farm, however, so your safety is our top priority.
ALL PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS MUST BE PRE-SCHEDULED. Please respect our farm and other patrons by abiding by this request. For purposes of this policy, professional photographers are any person, whether compensated or not, who is on our property for the purpose of taking photos for another person or family.

SchedulingAll sessions must be scheduled and approved in advance. This is so we can be sure the area you will be in is free of farm activities, such as mowing. Complete the form below to request a date/time. We reserve the right to deny requests based on expected volume. Payment is expected prior to the start of your session.
TermsSessions may not use elaborate props or interfere with other customers or employees by blocking access to paths, walkways, activities, or crops. Pets must be leashed and controlled at all times. Area available may be limited at our discretion. Area must be returned to the condition it was in when you arrived, including removal of trash. Be sure your customers know how to reach you. Our staff cannot direct customers to you. Drone photography is not permitted. We reserve the right to halt sessions that are disruptive or not in compliance with these terms.
InsurancePrior to any scheduled session, a liability insurance certificate must be provided listing Showvaker's Quality Evergreens, DBA Cornfusion, DBA Quality Evergreens as additional insured. This is easily done by calling your agent and is normally low or no cost. No professional photography appointments will be granted without first receiving a certificate of insurance.

FeesDuring the hours that we are closed to the general public, there is a $50 per hour fee. Site fee must be paid on arrival. At that time we will confirm the area of the property you are permitted to occupy. NOTE: during our fall season, anyone entering the gated area must have a purchased wristband.
2024 Special Pricing Spring and Summer. First hour $40 each additional only $25! 2024 Christmas Mini Special - First hour $50, each additional hour only $35. Available Nov 1-24 only. No weekend sessions after Nov 24. Black Out Dates 2024Due to high volume, the following dates are not available for professional photography sessions in 2024.
